Your data is collected and processed by the restaurant or business operating the DigiStamp loyalty program (the "Data Controller"). DigiStamp acts as a data processor on behalf of the business.

2. What data do we collect?

• Your phone number — entered voluntarily when collecting stamps
• Stamp count and visit history — to operate the loyalty program
• Date and time of visits

We do not collect your name, email address, payment information, or location.

3. Why do we collect this data?

Your phone number is used solely to identify your loyalty card. It is not used for marketing or shared with third parties.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

We process your data based on your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you check the consent box before submitting your phone number.

5. How long is your data stored?

Your data is stored for as long as the loyalty program is active or until you request deletion.

6. Your rights

• Access the data held about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority

7. Data security

All data is stored securely on servers within the European Union. Access is restricted to authorised business operators only.
